The Book Borough
The relationship between a person and a printed book is something intangible. It is a feeling unique to each reader, just as each local bookstore is a unique experience for those who step inside. The essence of this experience is the catalyst for the Book Borough campaign.
The American Bookseller's Association will send monthly letters inviting recipients to connect with their local culture. Each letter suggests three activities to create one local experience: a book from a local bookstore, a drink / snack from a local restaurant or brewery, and a specified walk exploring an area of your local city.
